We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

• Items are unused and in original packaging
• You’ve kept your order confirmation or number
• Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer

Please be aware that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to the destined address.

Promotional offers

Items purchased using a promotional offer are not available for return. We offer an exchange for products that are bought during sale within 14 days of receiving your order. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us at support@laeys.com.

Faulty item

If your item is faulty, please email us within 7 days of purchasing with photos displaying the fault and we will resolve the situation for you.

How long will it take to get a refund?

Once your items have been received by LAEYS, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed back into your account. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund.
