At Laeys, we want your experience to be as smooth and refined as our sunglasses. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. By using the website or ordering a product from the website, you will be deemed to accept and agree to these. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Conditions at any time. For any questions, please contact us directly via support.

Shipping & Delivery

Once you place an order, we process it within 1–2 business days. Once you place an order, you cannot change it or cancel it without our express agreement. If we agree to cancel or change your order, you must pay the loss or damage incurred in relation to the change or cancellation. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Estimated delivery times

• Netherlands & EU: 2–5 business days
• International: 5–12 business days

Laeys is not liable for any import duties, taxes, custom fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your government. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the authorities. Please note that not paying these charges can result in your package being abandoned, and Laeys will not be responsible for the loss. 

Returns & Exchanges

Tried them on and not quite the vibe? No problem. Please take note of our return policy below:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

• Items are unused and in original packaging
• You’ve kept your order confirmation or number
• Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer

Items purchased using a promotional offer (sale) are not available for return. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us s support@laeys.com.

If your item is faulty, please email us within 7 days of purchasing with photos displaying the fault and we will resolve the situation for you.

Product Care & Warranty

Laeys sunglasses are made to last — with durable frames, clean finishing, and lenses that protect and elevate your view.

We offer a 12-month warranty covering production defects.
This doesn’t cover:

• Accidental damage
• Scratches from use
• Wear and tear over time

We recommend storing your sunglasses in the case when not in use.

Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We accept secure payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and local checkout options depending on your region.

Privacy & Data

When you shop with Laeys, we only collect what we need to deliver your order and improve your experience. That includes your name, email, shipping address, and order history.

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
We only work with secure partners for payments and analytics.
